JSW Infrastructure has announced the incorporation of JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour Container Terminal Private Limited, a new wholly owned subsidiary.

Formed with an initial investment of Rs. 0.01 Cr, this entity will spearhead the integrated development and operation of the Outer Container Terminal and Berth no. 1 at Netaji Subhash Dock, Kolkata.

This strategic step fulfills the terms of a significant Letter of Award, bolstering JSW Infra's port capabilities and expanding its operational footprint into a crucial eastern region.

The move underscores the company's commitment to enhancing its core infrastructure portfolio.
