Archit Organosys Limited has confirmed that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) ensured proper handling of dematerialized securities for the recent quarter.

The RTA verified that all shares received for dematerialisation were processed correctly, accepted or rejected as appropriate, and listed on exchanges.

Physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and depositories' names were updated in the register of members within regulatory timelines.

This confirms adherence to share transfer and dematerialisation norms, ensuring investor share records are accurately maintained.
