Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Limited's board has approved significant leadership and ownership changes.

Mr. Ritesh Tiwari is appointed Chairman & Managing Director, and Ms. Alka Tiwari as Whole Time Director.

This follows the transfer of 2.3 Cr Equity Shares, representing 71.87% of the company's capital, from former promoter Mr. Danish Zakaria Aghadi to Mr. Ritesh Tiwari and Ms. Alka Tiwari.

Ms. Nazish Furniturewala also resigned as Executive Director & CFO.

These actions signal a complete change in company control and promoter group, ushering in a new management era.
