Net Pix Shorts Digital Media has confirmed its compliance with share dematerialisation rules for the quarter ending June 30. The company's Registrar verified that all securities received for dematerialisation were processed correctly, accepted or rejected, and subsequently listed on exchanges.

Physical certificates were cancelled and depository names updated in the register of members.

This ensures proper record-keeping and smooth electronic trading for shareholders.
