Reliable Ventures India Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors.

The board approved the appointment of Mr. Sivanag Vasireddy as the new Managing Director for three years, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Chennupati Sarath Kumar and Mr. Pradhip Kumar Gogula were also appointed as Additional Non-Executive Directors.

Ms. Tirumalla Sai Navya joined as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

These strategic appointments follow the resignations of the previous Managing Director, Mr. Sikndar Hafiz Khan, and three other directors.

This substantial board reshuffle aims to bolster leadership and corporate governance.
