Company Update

Reliable Ventures India Ltd has announced a board meeting, initially set for August 12, has been rescheduled to August 14. This meeting will consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Audit Committee will also meet on August 14, prior to the board meeting, to review these results.
