SANCODE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED has approved the preferential allotment of 23.26 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 172 per warrant to both promoter and non-promoter investors.

The total value of this capital raise is approximately Rs. 40.00 Cr, with the company having already received Rs. 10.41 Cr as the initial subscription amount.
