PlatinumOne Business Services Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 7th August at 4:00 p.m. via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

Shareholders will vote on the business outlined in the AGM notice.

Eligible shareholders can cast their votes remotely from 4th August, 9:00 a.m., until 6th August, 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is 31st July.

Consolidated results will be disclosed within two working days after the AGM.
