PlatinumOne Business Services has informed shareholders about its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting will be virtual, conducted via video conferencing.

Shareholders eligible to vote on July 31, 2026, can participate in remote e-voting, which opens on August 4, 2026, and closes on August 6, 2026. This allows investors to engage with key company decisions and exercise their voting rights remotely.

Consolidated voting results will be released within two working days after the AGM.
