Superior Finlease announced the voting results for its re-opened e-voting facility concerning an Extraordinary General Meeting.

This followed an observation that led the company to clarify that proceeds from the proposed preferential issue, approximately ₹1.50 Crore, will specifically fund software development for its loan application platform.

The resolution for issuing equity shares on a preferential basis passed overwhelmingly as a special resolution, with 99.9924% of votes cast in favour.

This provides clarity on the utilization of funds for strategic growth.
