The company’s board has announced key decisions from its recent meeting, including convening the 34th Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2026, via video conferencing, with e-voting available.

Mr. Haresh J. Assanani has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, following the resignation of Mr. Abhijeet A. Goswami, who will continue as a Non-executive Director.

M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners were appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
