Company Update

The company has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting for September 19, 2026, to be held virtually, with e-voting available from September 16-18, 2026. Key management changes include Mr. Abhijeet A. Goswami's resignation as CFO, though he remains a Non-executive Director, and the appointment of Mr. Haresh J. Assanani as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Additionally, Mr. Hemang S. Yagnesh resigned as an Independent Director.

M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners were appointed Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Board committees, including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship, have been reconstituted to reflect these changes.
