Typhoon Financial Services has announced a board meeting was held to convene its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually, offering shareholders remote e-voting.

Additionally, the board approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years, starting 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

This decision followed input from the Audit Committee.

The firm will serve as auditors through 2030-31.
