Typhoon Financial Services is set to hold its 36th Annual General Meeting virtually.

Key items for shareholder approval include the re-appointment of Mr. Rishab Chhajer as a Director and his elevation to Managing Director for five years, without remuneration.

Shareholders will also consider the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five years, with a fee up to Rs. 75,000 for the first year.

Additionally, the Board seeks approval to provide loans or guarantees up to 50 Cr to director-interested entities for their core business activities.

The company reported a net profit of 0.08 Cr for FY26, a significant increase from 0.01 Cr in FY25, and did not declare a dividend.
