GSL Securities' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Director Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also re-appointed Mr. Santkumar Bagrodia as Managing Director for one year, effective October 1, 2026. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convened on September 7, 2026. Regarding fund utilization from a preferential issue, 1.31 Cr has been used out of 4.25 Cr allocated, leaving 2.94 Cr.
