Company Update

GSL Securities' board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also re-appointed Mr. Santkumar Bagrodia as Managing Director for one year, from October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 7. An update on preferential issue funds showed that out of 4.25 Cr allocated, 1.31 Cr has been utilized for working capital and general corporate purposes, with 2.94 Cr remaining.
