NIKKI GLOBAL FINANCE LTD. reported that Kamal Kishore Chaurasia, a member of its promoter group, sold all of their 91,498 equity shares in an open market transaction on the BSE.

This transaction, valued at approximately Rs 0.16 Cr, reduced Chaurasia's stake from 2.68% to zero.

For shareholders, this represents a complete exit by a promoter group entity, potentially impacting the overall promoter holding and signaling a change in ownership structure.
