The company's board met and approved the Board's Report for FY26. It announced the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually, with eligible shareholders on the cut-off date able to e-vote.

"M/S Deepak Dhir & Associates" was appointed as the e-voting scrutinizer.

"M/S D. K. Verma & Co." will serve as the Internal Auditor for FY26-27. The board also approved and put forward for shareholder consideration the appointment of "M/s. S Kumar Mishra & Company" as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing the outgoing auditors.
