Ceeta Industries has informed shareholders about its 42nd Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026. Shareholders whose email addresses are not registered can access the Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 and the AGM notice via company website links.

Remote e-voting will be available from August 22, 2026, to August 24, 2026. The company also urged shareholders to update KYC details and register/update bank mandates.

A special window for dematerialization of physical shares sold/purchased before April 1, 2019, is open until February 4, 2027.
