Ceeta Industries Limited shareholders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting have approved the appointment of Mr. Shridhan Poddar as a Director.

Furthermore, members also approved his appointment as a Whole-time Director for a three-year term, effective December 1, 2025. This decision ensures continuity in the company's leadership and strategic direction.

The company affirmed that Mr. Poddar is eligible to hold the director's office.
