Tatia Global Vennture's Board has appointed Mrs. Shoba Nahar as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Non-Independent category.

Her appointment, subject to shareholder approval, brings extensive experience in finance, investments, risk management, and international relationships, which is expected to help the Company foster strong global ties.

Mrs. Nahar is the sister of the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Bharat Jain Tatia, and holds 4,87,560 shares in the company.

This move aims to strengthen the board with valuable expertise in key areas.
