Telogica has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting, which will be held via video conference.

Shareholders will receive the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 electronically.

The company is providing a remote e-voting facility for all resolutions, with e-voting also available during the meeting.

A scrutinizer has been appointed to oversee the voting process.

For the financial year 2025-26, no dividend will be paid.
