Telogica announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on August 25. Shareholders will vote on key items, including adopting the financial results for FY 2025-26, re-appointing a director, appointing a Secretarial Auditor, and regularizing the Managing Director's position.
