Vandan Foods Limited has appointed Mr. Ankitkumar Surendrakumar Agrawal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's assessment, Mr. Agrawal, a qualified Company Secretary with over 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions, joins the Board.

His expertise in corporate and securities laws and corporate governance is expected to significantly enhance the Board's deliberations and oversight, bringing valuable experience to the company's strategic direction and compliance framework.

He has no relation to existing directors or promoters.
