Vandan Foods has announced its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 21st via video conference, allowing shareholders to engage with company decisions and review the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. E-voting for Vandan Foods will run from September 17th to 20th.

Similarly, Captain Polyplast has announced its 29th AGM on September 26th, also digitally, with e-voting from September 23rd to 25th.
