SI Capital & Financial Services has confirmed the dispatch of its Rights Issue offer documents via newspaper advertisements.

This follows the proposed Rights Issue of up to 75,75,000 equity shares at Rs. 10 each, aiming to raise Rs. 7.58 Cr.

Existing eligible shareholders are entitled to subscribe to 3 Rights Equity Shares for every 2 shares they currently hold.
