The company will facilitate e-voting for all resolutions, with remote e-voting available from August 26 to August 30, 2026. Shareholder voting rights will be based on holdings as of August 24, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 24 to August 31, 2026, for the AGM purpose.

This allows shareholders to participate in key company decisions.
