Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Limited's 55th Annual General Meeting saw all proposed resolutions duly passed by shareholders.

These approvals include adopting the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointing Shri Rajendra C. Saraf as Director, and appointing Shri Ritvik Saraf as a Promoter Non-executive Director.

Shareholders also approved Shri Ankur Mehta's five-year term as an Independent Director.

Importantly, the company received consent for material related party transactions and future capital raising through Convertible Warrants to non-promoters and equity shares via preferential issue to promoter and non-promoter groups.
