Company Update

The Board approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting total income of 896.23 and a profit after tax of 755.89. Mr. Mohib N Khericha was re-appointed as Managing Director for a further three-year term, effective April 1, 2027, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, Mr. Sagar Bhatt's designation changed from President – Strategy & Operations to President – Strategy & Investment.

The Board also approved convening the 40th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing.
