Company Update

The company's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showing a profit of 755.89 and earnings per share of 25.10. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mohib N Khericha as Managing Director for three years, starting April 1, 2027, pending shareholder consent.

Additionally, Mr. Sagar Bhatt's designation changed to President – Strategy & Investment, effective from the board meeting.

The 40th Annual General Meeting will convene virtually to discuss these and other matters.
