Sandu Pharmaceuticals' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit of 0.23 Cr on revenue from operations of 16.39 Cr.

The board also approved the Annual Report and related documents for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. A record date for the proposed dividend has been set, and the 41st Annual General Meeting will be held on September 11, 2026. Additionally, the board has put forward proposals for member approval at the AGM, including the continuation of certain related party transactions and the appointment of M/s.
