Amrapali Capital and Finance Services has updated its list of Designated Persons responsible for determining the materiality of company events.

This follows a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer role.

Mr. Harimohan Namdev resigned from the position, and Ms. Priya Kshtriya was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The updated list of individuals now includes the Managing Director, the Director & CFO, and the newly appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
