Company Update

Amrapali Capital and Finance Services' Board has approved its Annual Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company re-appointed Mr. Alkesh Dashrathlal Patel as Chairman and Managing Director for a new three-year term, effective March 1, 2026. Ms. Bhumiben Atitbhai Patel was also re-appointed as an Independent Director for her second five-year term, effective March 1, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the notice for the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting.
