Rane Holdings has disclosed its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The company reported a Total Income of 1,596.87 Cr, an increase from 1,345.54 Cr in the prior year's same quarter.

However, Net Profit after tax stood at 48.27 Cr, down from 57.49 Cr previously.

Basic Earnings per Share also declined to 26.17 from 35.57. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

Investors should note the revenue growth alongside a decline in profitability for the quarter.
