Ahmedabad Steelcraft's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company announced the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, M/s SJV & Associates, and the subsequent appointment of M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
