Shri Keshav Cements and Infra Limited's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vilas Katwa as Managing Director for another five-year term, effective from May 27, 2027, to May 26, 2032. This re-appointment is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Katwa, an MBA with extensive experience in IT, cement manufacturing, and industrial production, is known for driving production efficiency and cost reduction.

He currently holds 21,64,800 equity shares in the company and is related to other directors, ensuring leadership continuity and stability.
