Yash Innoventures Limited's Board has approved two significant director appointments.

Mr. Aadit Rajal Dalal joins as a Whole-Time Director for five years, bringing prior experience as Business Head at NGR Paper Company and Partner at Venus Trading.

Additionally, Mr. Jani Dhavalkumar has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also for a five-year term.

Mr. Dhavalkumar previously served as Vice Principal at the College of Safety and Fire Technology.

Both appointments, contingent on shareholder approval, aim to enhance the company's leadership and governance, bringing diverse expertise to the board.
