Yash Innoventures' board has approved two key appointments.

Mr. Aadit Rajal Dalal joins as a Whole-Time Director, bringing experience as a Business Head and Marketing Head in the paper industry, and as an owner of a paper products LLP.

His appointment is for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Jani Dhavalkumar has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval.

He previously served as Vice Principal of a college.

These additions strengthen the board with diverse professional backgrounds.
