Perfectpac Limited has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

Shareholders can access the AGM notice and annual report electronically and will have e-voting facilities.

The Board of Directors put forward a dividend of INR 1.00 per equity share (50% on face value of INR 2) for the last financial year, subject to shareholder approval.

Eligibility for this dividend will be determined by a record date.

Shareholders are advised to update their bank and email details and submit tax documents for dividend processing.
