Perfectpac Limited has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing to conduct company business and seek approvals.

The Board suggested a dividend of INR 1.00 per equity share (50% on INR 2 face value) for Financial Year 2025-26, pending shareholder approval.

Shareholders on the record date will be eligible for both voting and the dividend.

The company has already electronically distributed the Annual Report for FY2025-26, and remote e-voting facilities will be available.
