Hindusthan Udyog has published its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. For the quarter, standalone total income from operations was ₹0.26 Cr, yielding a net profit after tax of ₹0.08 Cr.

On a consolidated basis, total income from operations also stood at ₹0.26 Cr.

However, consolidated net profit after tax, which includes profit from associate companies, significantly reached ₹14.73 Cr.

The company's equity share capital remained at ₹11.62 Cr.

Other equity, excluding revaluation reserve, was ₹140.62 Cr standalone and ₹765.83 Cr consolidated, reflecting its financial position.
