Hindusthan Udyog Ltd. has scheduled its 79th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026. To facilitate this, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Separately, the Board has decided against issuing any dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. This means shareholders will not receive a dividend for the past fiscal year.
