Jai Mata Glass Limited's Independent Directors Committee has shared its assessment of the open offer by Mr. Ashwani Gulati, Ms. Kiran Gulati, and M/s Veerasha Trust.

The Acquirers aim to acquire up to 2.60 Crore equity shares, representing 26.00% of the company's capital, at INR 1.85 per share.

The Committee views the offer as fair and reasonable, aligning with relevant market regulations.

This open offer was triggered by a prior acquisition of 4.46 Crore shares for INR 8.24 Crore.
