Annvrridhhi Ventures' Rights Issue Committee has approved the conversion of 69,47,154 partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up shares.

This action follows the successful collection of ₹2.78 Cr from the second and final call of ₹4.00 per share.

These shares, previously ₹6.00 paid-up, are now fully paid-up at ₹10.00 each.

The company is completing necessary formalities to secure listing and trading approvals for these converted shares, a move that simplifies the share structure and marks successful fund collection for stakeholders.
