Dhoot Industrial Finance has announced its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Other Audio-Visual Means.

Shareholders can access the Annual Report and AGM Notice electronically on the company's website and stock exchange platforms.

The company has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share for the financial year 2025-26. E-voting facilities will be available for shareholders to cast their votes, with a cut-off date set for determining eligibility.

The company's share transfer books will remain closed for the AGM and dividend entitlement.
