Viceroy Hotels announced a ₹105.83 Cr rights issue of 9.20 million shares at ₹115/share (6:7 ratio) to public shareholders.

Proceeds will repay company and subsidiary debt (₹41.35 Cr & ₹38.90 Cr, respectively) and for general corporate purposes.

Promoters will forgo their entitlement to meet public shareholding norms.

A material litigation of ₹3.50 Cr is pending.
