P. B. Films Limited has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Shareholders can attend via video conference, and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be available online.

Separately, a special window is open until February 4, 2027, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests that were previously rejected or not processed.

These re-lodged shares will be processed only in demat form and will have a one-year lock-in period from the transfer registration date, aiming to resolve old physical share transfer issues for investors.
