P. B. Films Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) online.

To facilitate the meeting and shareholder voting, the company will temporarily close its Register of Members and Register of Transfers.

Shareholders can cast their votes on resolutions using remote e-voting or by e-voting during the AGM; an eligibility cut-off date has been set.

The Board of Directors has also clarified that no dividend will be distributed for the financial year 2025-26, which is an important update for investors.
