Nisus Finance Services Co Ltd will hold a virtual investor group meeting to discuss its strategic direction and strong financial trajectory.

The company, a leading urban infrastructure financing and asset management platform, boasts ₹2,631 Cr AUM in FY26, with core business revenue and PAT seeing multi-year CAGRs over 100%. The financial results for Q1 FY27 show consolidated revenue reached ₹184.49 Cr, with PAT at ₹12.37 Cr, boosted by the NCCCL construction business, which has a ₹2,760 Cr work-in-hand.

Nisus is also expanding with new platforms like NiYAM, SM REIT, asset tokenization, and a UAE private credit fund.
