Nisus Finance Services Co Limited's promoter, Mr. Amit Goenka, has informed the company of the release of a pledge on 3,10,656 equity shares.

This action was prompted by the prepayment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) by a subsidiary.

Consequently, Mr. Goenka's outstanding pledged shares now constitute 22.40% of the company's total share capital, a decrease from 23.70% previously.

This signifies a reduction in the promoter's encumbered holdings.
